Le monde autour dispara\u00eet. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette phrase, souvent partag\u00e9e par des personnes avec TDAH, illustre un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne aussi fascinant que m\u00e9connu : <strong>l\u2019hyperfocalisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une double d\u00e9finition de l\u2019hyperfocalisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udd2c Du point de vue des neurosciences<\/strong>, l\u2019hyperfocalisation d\u00e9signe un <strong>\u00e9tat d\u2019attention intense, presque exclusive<\/strong>, durant lequel le cerveau concentre toutes ses ressources cognitives sur une t\u00e2che ou un stimulus, en inhibant tout le reste. C\u2019est un processus <strong>non volontaire<\/strong>, d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par une stimulation per\u00e7ue comme hautement motivante ou gratifiante sur le plan \u00e9motionnel ou sensoriel. Chez les personnes avec TDAH, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un effet paradoxal du dysfonctionnement de la r\u00e9gulation attentionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcda En orthop\u00e9dagogie<\/strong>, on consid\u00e8re l\u2019hyperfocalisation comme une <strong>forme d\u2019attention capt\u00e9e, dirig\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re rigide et passionn\u00e9e<\/strong>, souvent autour d\u2019un int\u00e9r\u00eat sp\u00e9cifique ou d\u2019une t\u00e2che signifiante. Elle peut \u00eatre v\u00e9cue \u00e0 la fois comme <strong>un moteur puissant d\u2019apprentissage<\/strong> ou comme <strong>un obstacle \u00e0 la flexibilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la gestion du temps<\/strong>. L\u2019enjeu p\u00e9dagogique consiste \u00e0 <strong>reconna\u00eetre ce fonctionnement pour l\u2019accompagner<\/strong>, en aidant l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 retrouver de l\u2019autonomie dans le pilotage de son attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprendre l\u2019hyperfocalisation : une attention extr\u00eame, mais pas automatique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019hyperfocalisation, ce n\u2019est pas \u00ab juste \u00bb une grande concentration. C\u2019est un <strong>\u00e9tat neurologique<\/strong> dans lequel le cerveau mobilise <strong>massivement ses ressources attentionnelles<\/strong>, mais <strong>de mani\u00e8re non r\u00e9gul\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde0 <strong>Dans le cerveau, plusieurs r\u00e9seaux sont impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019attention :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le <strong>r\u00e9seau ex\u00e9cutif central<\/strong>, qui permet de maintenir un objectif et de r\u00e9sister aux distractions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>r\u00e9seau de saillance<\/strong>, qui filtre les informations pour d\u00e9cider ce qui m\u00e9rite notre attention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et le <strong>r\u00e9seau du mode par d\u00e9faut<\/strong>, li\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00eaverie, \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9\u2026 et \u00e0 la distraction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez les personnes avec TDAH, la <strong>coordination entre ces r\u00e9seaux est atypique<\/strong>. R\u00e9sultat : l\u2019attention peut <strong>passer d\u2019un extr\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019autre<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Difficile \u00e0 mobiliser quand la t\u00e2che est per\u00e7ue comme ennuyeuse ou trop exigeante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mais <strong>suractiv\u00e9e<\/strong> quand un int\u00e9r\u00eat fort ou une stimulation \u00e9motionnelle est pr\u00e9sente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que na\u00eet l\u2019hyperfocalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi le TDAH favorise-t-il l\u2019hyperfocalisation ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cerveau avec TDAH fonctionne avec un <strong>profil dopaminergique particulier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd2c <strong>La dopamine<\/strong>, ce neurotransmetteur cl\u00e9 de la motivation et de l\u2019attention, circule moins efficacement.
