Tu as l\u2019impression que ton cerveau ne s\u2019arr\u00eate jamais, que la moindre t\u00e2che devient un effort ? Si tu es concern\u00e9\u00b7e par le Trouble du d\u00e9ficit de l\u2019attention avec ou sans hyperactivit\u00e9 (TDAH), cette fatigue persistante peut \u00eatre un v\u00e9ritable frein au quotidien.<br>Dans cet article, je t\u2019explique pourquoi le <strong>TDAH peut entra\u00eener une fatigue chronique<\/strong>, comment reconna\u00eetre les signes de surcharge mentale, et surtout comment accompagner avec justesse \u2013 que tu sois toi-m\u00eame concern\u00e9\u00b7e, parent, enseignant\u00b7e ou professionnel\u00b7le de l\u2019accompagnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi le TDAH fatigue autant ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une surcharge mentale quasi permanente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cerveau d\u2019une personne avec TDAH travaille souvent en <strong>sur-r\u00e9gime<\/strong>. Pour rester concentr\u00e9\u00b7e, organiser ses id\u00e9es, g\u00e9rer ses \u00e9motions, il mobilise sans cesse des ressources cognitives et attentionnelles.<br>R\u00e9sultat : <strong>un \u00e9puisement invisible mais bien r\u00e9el<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une hypervigilance \u00e9motionnelle co\u00fbteuse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le TDAH ne touche pas seulement l\u2019attention, mais aussi la <strong>r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong>. \u00catre \u00e0 fleur de peau, passer rapidement d\u2019une \u00e9motion \u00e0 l\u2019autre, lutter contre l\u2019impulsivit\u00e9\u2026 Tout cela consomme de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, souvent \u00e0 l\u2019insu de la personne concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un sommeil perturb\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude du site <em>Verywell Health<\/em> indique que <strong>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50\u202f% des personnes avec un TDAH souffrent de troubles chroniques du sommeil comme l\u2019insomnie<\/strong>.<br>Autrement dit, <strong>une personne sur deux<\/strong> peut \u00e9prouver des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019endormir, \u00e0 rester endormie ou \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer pleinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Et cette fatigue n\u2019est pas simplement due \u00e0 un trop-plein d\u2019activit\u00e9s ou \u00e0 un stress ponctuel. C\u2019est une fatigue <strong>persistante<\/strong>, qui <strong>r\u00e9duit l\u2019autonomie<\/strong>, <strong>alt\u00e8re la concentration<\/strong> et <strong>impacte profond\u00e9ment la qualit\u00e9 de vie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00e9moignage personnel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne compte plus les fois o\u00f9, malgr\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e \u00ab calme \u00bb, je me suis sentie compl\u00e8tement vid\u00e9e. Pas seulement fatigu\u00e9e\u2026 <strong>\u00e9puis\u00e9e au point de ne plus r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 d\u00e9cider ce que j\u2019allais manger<\/strong>.<br>Avant de comprendre que mon TDAH jouait un r\u00f4le dans cette fatigue, je pensais que c\u2019\u00e9tait un probl\u00e8me d\u2019organisation ou de motivation.<br>Aujourd\u2019hui, je sais identifier les signaux d\u2019alerte et ajuster mes rythmes. Et surtout, j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 accompagner aussi cela, dans mon m\u00e9tier d\u2019orthop\u00e9dagogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment pr\u00e9venir et mieux vivre cette fatigue ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques pistes concr\u00e8tes \u00e0 la fois pour les personnes concern\u00e9es et pour les professionnel\u00b7les (enseignant\u00b7es, parents, orthop\u00e9dagogues) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u00c9couter les rythmes et respecter le repos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instaurer <strong>des routines de sommeil r\u00e9guli\u00e8res<\/strong>, avec des horaires fixes, un environnement apaisant, et des transitions douces avant le coucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9voir <strong>des temps de pause<\/strong> dans la journ\u00e9e, m\u00eame brefs, pour recharger la batterie mentale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier <strong>les moments d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong> dans la journ\u00e9e, pour y placer les t\u00e2ches les plus exigeantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. All\u00e9ger la surcharge mentale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fractionner les t\u00e2ches complexes en petites \u00e9tapes accessibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliser des supports visuels (tableaux, check-lists, minuteurs) pour ne pas tout garder en t\u00eate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9viter le multit\u00e2che qui \u00e9puise le cerveau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Adapter les environnements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En classe ou \u00e0 la maison : pr\u00e9voir <strong>des espaces calmes<\/strong>, des moments de d\u00e9compression, des consignes claires et progressives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00f4t\u00e9 professionnel : penser \u00e0 la <strong>flexibilit\u00e9 des rythmes<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019alternance entre activit\u00e9s et pauses, \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie progressive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Nourrir le corps et apaiser l\u2019esprit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une <strong>alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong>, un bon niveau d\u2019hydratation, et une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re peuvent faire une vraie diff\u00e9rence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Int\u00e9grer <strong>des outils de r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong> : respiration, pleine conscience, relaxation guid\u00e9e\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Encourager l\u2019accompagnement personnalis\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019<strong>orthop\u00e9dagogie<\/strong>, en lien avec d\u2019autres professionnels, peut aider \u00e0 mieux comprendre la fatigue, \u00e0 poser un cadre r\u00e9aliste, et \u00e0 construire des outils adapt\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconna\u00eetre que la fatigue est un <strong>sympt\u00f4me l\u00e9gitime<\/strong>, et non un manque de volont\u00e9, permet de sortir de la culpabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour aller plus loin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sujet de la fatigue chronique li\u00e9e au TDAH est central.
